Mauricio has experience advising and litigating on shipping, transportation and insurance matters. He has deled with P&I, carriage of goods and passengers by sea, air and inland; hull and machinery, General Average, collisions and many other shipping and marine insurance issues, as well as port and terminals including marinas.  Among his experience he has been Claims Director in RSA Colombia where he extended his experience on general insurance matters such as casualty (bonds and liability), property, engineering and life.  Mauricio has international experience. He worked on Clyde & Co (London) on the Marine and International Trade team. As well, he led the "Marine Recoveries Working Group" for Latam region at RSA.  Finally, he is Professor at the Commercial Law Post Grad in the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, where he teaches Insurance Law and Transportation Law.

Adriana has been an in house lawyer for different Governmental entities such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Government, and the Executive office of the President of Colombia, among others. Between her expertise, she has wide experience on Constitutional matters (advising and litigation), dealing with regulatory issues, phytosanitary matters, in addition to export and import of agricultural products.
